Nest Abroad

NestAbroad is the curated home for expats — find a room, sublet your space when you travel, and meet people in your new city. FIND A ROOM THAT FEELS LIKE HOME Browse hand-picked sharehouse rooms in cities around the world. Filter by neighbourhood, room type, house vibe, budget and languages spoken in the house. See the flatmates, the lease flexibility, and the full picture before you reach out — so you arrive feeling confident about where you'll live. SUBLET YOUR ROOM WHILE YOU TRAVEL Going away? List your room for the nights you're gone and let a trusted guest stay. A simple sublet agreement is put in place between you and your guest, a deposit secures the booking, and both sides document the condition at move-in and move-out. Everyone knows where they stand, and your room is looked after while you're gone. BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE Request to book in seconds. Pay securely through the app with a deposit that's held to protect both host and guest. Get email updates at every stage — from request, to acceptance, to signed agreement, to payment, to deposit release. EXPAT EVENTS, IN YOUR CITY Meetups, workshops, nights out and more — posted by expats and locals. Buy tickets in a tap, or post your own event for free and bring your community together. You keep 90% of every ticket sold; we only take a small cut to cover payments and the platform. MESSAGE SAFELY, IN-APP Chat with hosts, guests and flatmates without sharing your contact details until you're ready. All conversations happen inside NestAbroad, so your personal information stays private. FREE TO LIST It's completely free to list a room, a sublet, or an event. You only pay when a booking is made or a ticket is sold — and only from what you earn. Whether you're moving to a new city, looking for your people, or heading off on your next trip, NestAbroad helps you live like a local — rooms without borders.
