OrgaGym

OrgaGym puts your gym on your phone: for members who want to take charge of their training, and for staff who want to keep the gym running even when they are away from the front desk. One app, one login. Once you sign in, your role decides what you see. FOR MEMBERS • Book and cancel classes, and join the waitlist when a class is full. You get a push notification as soon as a spot opens up. • Request or book appointments such as personal training or consultations, and cancel them when needed. • Keep your training plan with exercise videos with you at all times. • Check in at the entrance with a QR code. • Message your gym and receive news from the team. • See your contract: duration, fee, notice period. Request a pause or cancel your contract without going to the front desk. • Read your gym's bulletin board: posts, news, changes to opening hours. • Nutrition diary with barcode scanner, meal photos, water tracker and a breakdown of calories, macros and micronutrients. • Add classes and appointments to your calendar. Your gym decides which features you can use. FOR STAFF AND OWNERS The same app shows the team the studio view: members and contracts, appointments and classes, check-in, messages and to-dos, point of sale and finances. The gym decides who sees which areas through roles and permissions. Push notifications keep you up to date when a member writes, a new post goes up or a to-do is due. FOR MORE THAN ONE GYM If you train or work at several gyms that use OrgaGym, you switch between them in the app. Each gym keeps its own color, logo and settings. PRIVACY OrgaGym runs on servers in Germany. The app does not track you across other apps and websites and contains no ads. It asks for camera access only when you scan a code or take a photo, and for calendar access only when you add a class or appointment. You can delete your account yourself in the app. LANGUAGES German, English, Spanish, French and Italian. REQUIREMENTS OrgaGym is the app for the OrgaGym gym management software. You need an invitation from your gym or an existing account. Your gym does not use OrgaGym yet? Request a demo at orgagym.com.
