ScreenTame

Tame your screen. Take back your time. ScreenTame helps you build more intentional phone habits using Apple's Screen Time framework. Choose distracting apps, set daily open limits and unlock-session limits, and schedule Focus Hours. GOALS & REWARDS Choose a streak target and a personal reward, such as a cinema trip or a day out. Keep your tracked apps within their limits, follow your progress and celebrate your achievement. Rewards are promises you make to yourself, not prizes supplied by ScreenTame. STREAKS Track your current and best streak. Your personal goals, profile photo and detailed activity history stay on your device; ScreenTame does not provide automatic cross-device backup or syncing for them. ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDIES Optional code sharing lets friends connect with one code and see each other's streaks. It uses your device's signed-in iCloud account. Your chosen nickname, friend code, streak and buddy connections are stored in Apple's public CloudKit database and may be accessible to other ScreenTame users, not just your buddies. Use a nickname, not personal details. You can block buddies and delete your public buddy profile in the app. COMPETITIONS Create or join a competition using a code. Compare aggregate opens and competition streaks under the competition's app limits. Competition details and scores are also shared through public CloudKit. SIMPLE SETUP Create a local profile—no ScreenTame email, password or Sign in with Apple account is required. Screen Time permission is required for blocking. Optional social features require iCloud. FREE TO USE Optional in-app tips support development and do not unlock features. Privacy policy: https://newwatchco.com/privacy.html Support: james@newwatchco.com
