About
Dhanest Floor turns a tablet into a station on your shop floor. It is built for the person standing at a bench with gloves on, not for an office chair: giant targets, one decision per screen, and a design that keeps working when the Wi-Fi does not. QUALITY CONTROL • Scan a job card once for context, then PASS or FAIL each piece with two enormous buttons • Every pass mints a unique sticker for that garment, printed there and then • Already checked a pile? Enter the counts instead, and print the stickers in runs • Fail reasons come from your own QC profile, so the office sees why, not just how many • A numbered piece ledger keeps every sticker reprintable, forever PACKING • Scan each sticker to pack it against its order • Stock moves server-side as pieces are confirmed STOCK, ON THE FLOOR • Scan any label — a SKU tag or a piece sticker — and the tablet answers with the right one: what the product is and how many are on hand, or that individual garment's grade, status and every scan it has ever had • No camera, or a tag too worn to read? Type the code or read it out of a photo • Correct stock, set opening balances, run a stock count, and receive against a purchase order BUILT TO SURVIVE A FACTORY Nothing waits on a network. Scans, verdicts and counts are written to the tablet first and synced when the connection returns, with idempotency keys so a retry can never double-count a piece. Stickers print with no connectivity at all. TWO WAYS IN Pin the tablet to a station and staff sign in with a PIN — no office passwords on a shared device. Or sign in as yourself for stock and inventory, with a session that locks itself after 15 minutes and can be guarded by Face ID. Dhanest Floor is part of Dhanest, the business platform for Indian SMEs. A Dhanest workspace is required; the office provisions stations from the web app.Read more

BUILT TO SURVIVE A FACTORY
Nothing waits on a network. Scans, verdicts and counts are written to the tablet first and synced when the connection returns, with idempotency keys so a retry can never double-count a piece. Stickers print with no connectivity at all.
