About
RoadLens watches the road ahead and tells you when something worth stopping for is coming up. No destination to type. No route to plan. No list to scroll. Mount your phone, drive, and when a castle, a museum, a beach or a deer forest comes within reach, one card appears: a photograph, the place's name, how far it is, and an arrow that shows which way to look. ONE CARD, READ IN TWO SECONDS The photograph is the biggest thing on the card, because a picture is recognised faster than a sentence. Distance and direction sit right on it. Nothing scrolls. When several places are close at once, they stack into a deck behind the front card instead of fighting for the screen. FOR THE PASSENGER Tap the card for the whole story: what the place is, how far away and in which direction it lies right now, and roughly when you will be level with it. One more tap opens directions. NOTHING GETS AWAY Swipe back along the rail to any place you passed on this drive. Save the ones you want for the way home — a saved place keeps its card, its details and its directions. ONLY WHAT YOU CARE ABOUT • Castles, monuments and historic sites • Nature, viewpoints, waterfalls and beaches • Hiking trails and geology • Museums, family attractions, zoos and theme parks • Bakeries, local food and playgrounds, if you want them • Campsites and motorhome stopovers, if you want those Switch each category on or off and tune how often it turns up. On devices with on-device intelligence you can also just say what you are after in a sentence, and RoadLens turns it into more of this and less of that. A radar that shows you things you do not care about is just noise. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app is not a remote control. It runs the same radar on its own, and it can keep watching for an hour in the background while your phone stays in your pocket. BUILT FOR THE DASHBOARD Large text, big targets, and a screen you can ignore. The card stays quiet until something is genuinely close, and a place you have dismissed never comes back. Distances are measured in a straight line. The road may be considerably longer, and there may be no road at all.Read more

ONE CARD, READ IN TWO SECONDS
The photograph is the biggest thing on the card, because a picture is recognised faster than a sentence. Distance and direction sit right on it. Nothing scrolls. When several places are close at once, they stack into a deck behind the front card instead of fighting for the screen.
FOR THE PASSENGER
Tap the card for the whole story: what the place is, how far away and in which direction it lies right now, and roughly when you will be level with it. One more tap opens directions.
NOTHING GETS AWAY
Swipe back along the rail to any place you passed on this drive. Save the ones you want for the way home — a saved place keeps its card, its details and its directions.
ONLY WHAT YOU CARE ABOUT
• Castles, monuments and historic sites
• Nature, viewpoints, waterfalls and beaches
• Hiking trails and geology
• Museums, family attractions, zoos and theme parks
• Bakeries, local food and playgrounds, if you want them
• Campsites and motorhome stopovers, if you want those
Switch each category on or off and tune how often it turns up. On devices with on-device intelligence you can also just say what you are after in a sentence, and RoadLens turns it into more of this and less of that. A radar that shows you things you do not care about is just noise.
ON YOUR WRIST
The Apple Watch app is not a remote control. It runs the same radar on its own, and it can keep watching for an hour in the background while your phone stays in your pocket.
BUILT FOR THE DASHBOARD
Large text, big targets, and a screen you can ignore. The card stays quiet until something is genuinely close, and a place you have dismissed never comes back.
