Viero Pay

Viero Pay — Driver App Viero Pay is the driver companion app for fuelling company vehicles from start to finish. Built for drivers at the pump, it keeps vehicle checks, approvals, and records in one place — so nothing has to be written down twice. Your Vehicle in Seconds Scan the QR code inside your vehicle to confirm which one you're fuelling. If the code won't scan, pick it from your assigned vehicles and carry on. Approved Before You Fill Every purchase is checked against your fleet's rules — vehicle assignment, spending limits, timing, and location — before you start. Once it clears, you get a set time to refuel. Odometer on Record Photograph the odometer or type the reading in. It's stored with the purchase automatically, so there's nothing to hand in at the end of the month. Exceptions Without the Phone Call If a purchase is blocked, request an exception with a short note and get the decision back in the app — before you leave the station. Every Fill on File Purchases are saved with the amount, the odometer reading, and the time. See your recent fills on the home screen or browse your full history any time. Built for Drivers A clean, distraction-free interface in English and Arabic, designed to get out of your way so you can get back on the road.
