HOW IT WORKS Pick your focus length and press start. PomoPosture reads your head position through your AirPods' motion sensors. Sit tall and your live score stays high. Drift into a slouch and, after a few seconds, a gentle chime reminds you to ease back up. The chime plays lightly over your audio — it never lowers or interrupts your music.
