VitalLoop Stamp Cards

VitalLoop turns the paper stamp card into a card in your customer's Wallet. They collect stamps on their iPhone; you stamp at the counter with this app. AT THE COUNTER Hold the card up to the camera — done. One stamp, one sound, one short buzz. There is nothing for staff to learn. No code to scan? The card's eight characters can be typed in. You can add several stamps at once when someone buys the whole round. Nothing gets stamped twice: scanning the same card again straight away gives a clear notice instead of a second stamp. When a card is full, the app says what to hand over and resets it when you are ready. FOR THE OWNER Create stamp cards: name, number of stamps, reward. Hand out a scanner code so your team can sign in at the counter without reaching the management side. See how many cards are out there and how far along they are. TWO ROLES, ONE DOWNLOAD The device on the counter is set up once as a till and stays signed in. Your own phone signs in as management. You can switch roles at any time. WORTH KNOWING The app is free and requires a VitalLoop account. The camera is used only on the till screen and reads the code directly on the device — no images are stored or sent. The screen stays awake at the counter so you are not unlocking it all day. German and English; the language follows your device.
