Ahalane

Ahalane turns a museum visit into a guided journey. Pick a walk, put in your earphones, and follow it stop by stop: the app tells you which gallery to find, how long the stroll takes, and — when you arrive — plays a rich, narrated reflection on the artwork in front of you. THIS MONTH'S WALK — IDENTITY: THE MIRROR Five works, two floors, about 45 minutes. From La Farge's glowing glass peonies to the commanding Mangaaka power figure, each stop pairs the artwork with a timeless idea about who you are. • Fully offline — everything is on your phone before you enter • Narration keeps playing with your phone locked, controls on your lock screen • The route is optimized so you never zigzag between floors • Read the reflection as beautifully formatted text if you prefer not to listen • Tap any artwork to see it fill the screen, zoom into every detail • Capture Moments on camera at any stop • Get an auto-cut recap reel of your walk to share • Collect every artwork you've met in your personal gallery • Beautiful share cards for every stop New walks arrive monthly. Ahalane is an independent experience and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Artwork imagery is drawn from the museum's Open Access (public domain) collection.
