Generation Connect

Generation Connect brings teens and seasoned adults together through technology, creating meaningful human connection while building digital confidence and valuable life and work-readiness skills across generations. The Generation Connect app makes those live sessions even easier by giving participants a simple way to join sessions and securely share their phone screen with their Tech Navigator. YOUR SESSIONS, ALL IN ONE PLACE See your upcoming Generation Connect sessions as soon as you open the app. When it’s time to connect, simply tap to join your live session. SHOW YOUR TECH NAVIGATOR WHAT YOU SEE Sometimes explaining what’s happening on your phone is harder than solving the problem itself. With screen sharing, your Tech Navigator can see what you see and guide you through it step by step. You’re always in control. Your screen is only shared when you choose to start sharing, and you can stop at any time. SIGN IN WITH A SIMPLE SCAN No need to type a long password on your phone. Simply scan the code displayed on your computer to securely sign in. DESIGNED TO MAKE TECHNOLOGY FEEL EASIER Clear language, easy-to-read screens, and simple controls help you focus on your conversation instead of figuring out the app. Mute, video, raise your hand, and screen sharing are all easy to access during your session. MORE THAN TECH SUPPORT Generation Connect is about more than learning how to use technology. It’s about bringing generations together to learn from one another, build confidence, share life perspectives, and stay connected in an increasingly digital world. This companion app is available to Generation Connect participants and requires a Generation Connect account to sign in.
