Flashy Learn

Flashy is a flashcard app for people who want to learn things, not manage software. Pick what you're into — Spanish, sharks, wine, constellations, dog breeds — and Flashy builds you a deck. Answer a card, say whether you got it, and it brings that card back just before you'd forget it. That's the whole loop. No streaks to protect, no lives to lose, nobody nagging you. 211 PACKS. 13,486 CARDS. ALL BUILT BY HAND. • Languages — Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Latin, with real recorded pronunciation on every single word • Photo identification — dog breeds, fish, sharks and rays, whales, owls, snakes, mushrooms, trees, gemstones, nudibranchs • The world — the flag of every UN member, cities by skyline, landmarks, national parks • Food and drink — cocktails, wine, cheeses, chiles • Culture — art, architecture, literature, mythology, history • The night sky — constellations, planets, deep sky Every photograph was looked at by a human before it shipped. That sounds like a small thing until you've used an app that taught you a racehorse was a dinosaur. TWO WAYS TO WORK Study lets you flip through freely — nothing graded, nothing scheduled, no pressure. Quiz grades each card and handles the timing for you, so the cards you keep missing come back sooner and the ones you know get out of your way. BUILT TO BE PLEASANT Paper-textured cards you can pinch to zoom when you want a closer look at a fin or a feather. Seven colour skins. Full dark mode. Swipe to grade, tap to flip, rewind if you mis-tapped. Your deck syncs with the web version, so you can study on a laptop and pick up again on the train. No ads. No tracking. No subscription traps. Delete your account and everything with it, from inside the app, whenever you like.
