Alerte Echipă

Alerte Echipă calls a co-worker to you instantly, with a single tap. Built for teams working in the field, in warehouses or on construction sites — where a ringing phone goes unheard and a text message gets read too late. You pick the person from your team list and tap. On their phone the alert takes over the whole screen, with sound and vibration, even if the phone is locked, silenced or in Do Not Disturb. YOU NEED A CODE TO USE IT Please read this before you download. Alerte Echipă only works inside a team, and you join a team with a code: • an activation code creates your own team and makes you its owner • an invite code puts you into a team somebody else already runs Invite codes are generated by the coordinator of your team. Activation codes come from us — so if your workplace does not use Alerte Echipă yet, write to cosmin@fastforward.dev and we will send you one. Without a code you can sign in, but there will be nobody to call and nobody who can call you. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Call a co-worker from the Home screen with one tap • Send from the Home Screen widget in two taps, without opening the app (requires iOS 17 or later) • Receive alerts that cut through Focus and Do Not Disturb • Choose the sound you want to be called with: alarm, siren, beeps or chime • Answer a call with "on my way", "in 5 minutes" or "can't", straight from the notification • See the history of who called whom, so the team can check what happened • Use the app in Romanian or English, switched from a button on the sign-in screen and in Profile TEAMS AND ROLES The team owner and its administrators can call. Workers receive the alerts. A team can optionally be set to open calling, so anyone can call anyone. You can belong to several teams at once — a coordinator in one, a worker in another — and you only ever see the co-workers in your own teams. SIGNING IN Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS. No password, no email account, nothing to remember. Your name and job title are visible only to members of your teams. LANGUAGE The app is available in Romanian and English. It starts in your phone's language and you can switch at any time — the button is on the sign-in screen and in Profile. Alerts you receive arrive in the language you chose, because the choice travels with your profile. WHAT IT IS NOT Alerte Echipă is not an emergency service and does not replace emergency dispatch, fire alarm systems or any mandatory safety procedure at your workplace. In life-threatening situations, call your local emergency number. Delivering an alert depends on the receiving phone having an internet connection and having granted notification permission. Without that permission you can still call others, but you cannot be called. It is built for teams working in Romania.
