Tajer CoRIM is a management app for owners and teams of stores registered on the CoRIM platform. It gives merchants quick access to daily store operations from their phone, with Arabic, English, and French interface options. With the app, you can: • View store performance, revenue, and recent orders. • Search orders, review details, and update fulfillment stages. • Manage products, inventory, categories, and images, and use the camera to scan barcodes or photograph products. • Access customers, receipts, and reviews according to your role and plan. • View sales, inventory, customer, conversion, and traffic reports when included in your plan. • Use available marketing tools including coupons, abandoned-cart recovery, loyalty, smart links, and AI Studio. • Configure store information, payment and delivery methods, design, WhatsApp, staff, and couriers. • Choose the order, inventory, customer, and summary notifications you receive. • Switch between stores linked to your account. Sign-in is available to existing CoRIM merchants using a phone number and a verification code delivered through WhatsApp. Some features depend on the user’s role and the store’s plan. The iOS app displays subscription information only; purchasing or upgrading a subscription is not available in the app. An internet connection is required for management and synchronization.
