About

KindHaven is a private studio for giving and receiving care. It is not a social network, not therapy, and not a public confession board. Start in the Haven with a three-step Warmth Ritual — body, thought, and one finishable act. Those answers stay on your device unless you later choose to write a letter. Each day brings a Kindness Quest: a short, specific practice such as sitting with a letter, holding a draft until it cools, or logging a kindness nobody will see. Write letters, not posts. You can release a letter now, hold it for a cooling hour, wait until later, or keep it only in your Ripple Ledger. Ledger-only letters are never published. Sit in small Care Circles gathered around a purpose — Night Watch, Grief Circle, Caregivers — instead of an open social feed. Inside a Circle, open a check-in round: one prompt, one reply each, then the round closes after twelve hours. Walk a Seven-Day Path (ritual, pause, letter, board, offering, circle, recap). Days unlock in order. Seal a letter to your future self for 7, 30, or 90 days. Take a Night Watch seat if you can sit with someone quietly. Light your Warmth calendar from the days you actually practiced. Leave offerings instead of likes: Sit with, Lantern, Steady, Company, Spark. Use the Care Board to name what you can offer and what you are seeking. Matches are shared needs, not followers. Optional Sanctuary hours keep the hearth quiet from 10pm to 6am. An optional morning reminder can call you back to the ritual. KindHaven is a peer care studio. Objectionable content is filtered, can be reported and blocked, and violating accounts are removed.Read more
