About
SundayHQ Check-In turns an iPad into a kids check-in station for churches that run on SundayHQ. Pair it once with a code from your church's SundayHQ account, pick a service, and it's ready for Sunday morning. SECURE BY DEFAULT Every check-in prints a child label and a matching pickup tag with a unique security code. At pickup, the code has to match before a child is released — a mismatch is blocked and logged. FOUR STATION MODES • Self-serve: families search by name or phone, or scan the pre-check-in code from the SundayHQ member app, and pick rooms themselves. • Kiosk: a locked-down self-serve station for the lobby. • Staffed: a volunteer checks families in, adds a first-time guest family on the spot, and records allergies. • Roster: a classroom view of who's in each room, with capacity counts, allergy flags, and code-verified pickup. WORKS THROUGH A WI-FI DROP Once a service is open, the station keeps checking families in without a connection and syncs when it's back online. Security codes stay unique across every station in the building. PRINTS LABELS SILENTLY Pick a Wi-Fi label printer once (Brother QL rolls supported) and every label prints without a dialog. FOR CHURCHES ON SUNDAYHQ This app is for churches that subscribe to SundayHQ (trysundayhq.com). There is no sign-up in the app: a staff member generates a pairing code from Check-ins → Stations on the web, and the iPad is enrolled as a station that can be revoked at any time. Live room counts, headcounts, and attendance history appear in the church's SundayHQ account.Read more
