Tap Register Here on the sign-in screen to apply: enter your name, email and a password, open the link we email you to verify your address, then complete the joining steps in the app. The office reviews your application and meets you before you are approved to work, and your rota appears once you are approved. YOUR DAY - Open the app and see your next visit: who it is with, the time and the town. - Switch between a list and a calendar, and look ahead over the next 14 days. - Open a visit for the address and postcode, an estimated travel time and directions in your phone's maps app. - Clock in when you arrive and clock out when you leave. Your location is recorded at those two moments. The app never tracks you in the background. - Record mileage, and a reason if you finish earlier or later than planned. - Leave handover notes for whoever comes next. - Work through the visit checklist the office set up for that customer. - Close the day with one confirmation. Visits you clocked in to are already ticked, so you only answer for the ones that are not. RECORDS - Read the customer's care plan and the notes about them. - Write a visit note about what happened, or add a diary entry. - Report an incident against a visit and see when it has been reviewed. - Ask the office to change a visit, or record why a visit was not completed. Notes and clock-ins you make without a signal are kept on your phone and sent when you are back online. EXTRA WORK - The job board lists open shifts. Say you are interested, propose a different start time, or say no thanks. - Answer the office's cover requests slot by slot. MESSAGES - Message the office about a specific visit, or in a direct thread about you. - Read announcements from the office. YOUR TIME - Set the hours you can work each week and add days you are not available. - See the rota the office has planned for you. - Request time off and follow what happens to it. - Add your visits to your own calendar app with a personal calendar link. PAY - See your monthly earnings after commission, with a breakdown by visit. - Download a statement PDF, a mileage statement and a tax-year summary. - Ask the office for an advance on pay you have already earned this month, and see their answer. YOU - Your profile and photo, your skills and your rates. - Your training record: what you have been booked on, what is due and what is overdue. - Your certificates, and the company policies to read at any time. - Staff benefits and PPE ordering, where your office has set them up. - While you apply, the app walks you through the joining steps: your details, documents, certificates, DBS, insurance, references and the agreements you sign. - Delete your account from inside the app at any time. WHAT THE APP ASKS FOR - Location: while the app is open, to show the visit map and estimate travel time, and at clock-in and clock-out to record when you arrived and left. Never in the background. - Photo library: only if you choose a profile picture. The camera is not used. - Notifications: for messages and updates from the office. The app sends crash and performance diagnostics so faults can be fixed. These can be linked to an internal account reference. There is no advertising or advertising tracking.
