Joblar

Joblar connects construction professionals with verified construction companies in Ireland. Roles are matched on trade, certifications, experience, location and availability. Nobody's details are shared until both sides say yes. FOR PROFESSIONALS • Build your construction profile: trades, experience, rate and availability. • Add your certifications (Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Working at Heights and more). Joblar reviews them so companies see verified credentials. • See the roles that fit you, with a clear fit percentage and the certs each role requires. • Say yes privately. Companies see your first name, trade and verified certs only. • When a company says yes back, it's a mutual match and their contact details unlock. • Show your Joblar ID on site: a QR code that confirms who you are and which certs are verified, without exposing your phone, email or documents. • Free for professionals. FOR COMPANIES • Post roles on your projects: trade, required certs, rate, start date, positions needed. • See professionals ranked by fit for each open role, with certification compliance at a glance. • Say yes to the people you want. When they've said yes too, contact details unlock and you connect directly. • Track staffing per project and per role, and see who's waiting for your decision. TRUST AND PRIVACY • Certifications are reviewed by Joblar before they count as verified. • First name only before a mutual match. Phone numbers and documents stay private until both sides agree. • No agencies, no middlemen: you connect directly. Joblar is built for the Irish construction industry: PAYE, RCT and SEO rates, CAS sites, apprenticeships and the certifications sites actually ask for.
