Care Daily Family is the app for relatives and friends of someone who receives home care from a care provider that uses Care Daily. It shows you the care your loved one receives – who visited, when, and how they are – so you can stay close even when you can't be there. VISITS AND CARE NOTES • See today's and upcoming visits, and which carer is coming • Read what happened at each visit, in the carers' own notes • Look back over the daily care log HEALTH AND WELLBEING • Check the medication record – what was given and when • Follow how your loved one has been with wellbeing updates • Read the care plan and see who is in the care team STAY IN TOUCH • Message the care team directly • Get notified about new messages and important alerts • Find documents and invoices your care provider has shared with you PRIVATE AND SECURE Only family members your care provider has invited can sign in, and each person sees only the care they have been given access to. Your information is protected with a password and sent securely. You can delete your account from the app at any time – your loved one's care does not change. HOW TO SIGN IN Your care provider sets up your account and sends you your sign-in details. There is no public sign-up. If you have not received your details, please ask your care provider.
