Write it by hand. Hear it. Remember it. VocaPen is an iPad practice notebook for learning English, German, Korean and Chinese with Apple Pencil and spoken feedback. FREE VOCABULARY AND EXPRESSION BOOKS Each learning option includes 1,050 words and expressions, with meanings, examples, translations and female/male audio. Vocabulary and fixed expressions have separate books, reviewed by meaning and usage. See the store for each book's count. Chinese includes toned pinyin; Korean shows romanized readings. These original introductory sets progress through primary, middle and high school levels and are not certified curricula. Saving a free book does not use your manual-entry or AI allowance. The store adapts to 1–4 columns. YOUR FIRST PRACTICE Save a free wordbook or add your own words. Switch between Word and Sentence practice. Trace the gray guide and listen, then fade it and try recalling. Choose 1, 3 or 5 repetitions. MAKE THE PAPER WORK FOR YOU • Switch between word and sentence practice. • Pinch to zoom; move around the enlarged paper with one finger. • Hear the complete word or sentence after finishing. • Hold a word in an example to inspect its meaning and pronunciation. CHOOSE YOUR LEARNING AND INTERFACE LANGUAGES Learn English, German, Korean, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) or Simplified Chinese (mainland China). Each has its own library and voice. Independently choose English, German, Korean, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese for menus and new-card meanings and translations. Contextual word help handles German separable verbs and Korean inflected forms. START FOR FREE • Free AI text help for everyone: 50 requests/day and 1,000/month across your account for meanings, new examples and translations. New requests count even when existing content is reused. Reviewing owned words and retrying the same failed request do not incur another charge. Voice and card-saving limits are separate. • Edit and practise saved cards without limits. • Manually entered cards use the iPad system voice. • AI creation and adding AI voice to saved cards share an account-wide daily allowance: 5 actions on weekdays and 20 on each weekend day. • New manual and AI cards share a saving limit per learning language: 10 each weekday and 20 each weekend day. WHEN YOU WANT TO PREPARE MORE Pro: 100 new AI cards plus 100 saved-card AI voice upgrades per week. Pro 5x: 500 new AI cards plus 500 saved-card AI voice upgrades per week. Creation and upgrades have separate allowances, shared across all learning languages. Both paid plans include unlimited manual entry and folder creation. Pending Words can hold words you could not add because of your AI allowance: up to 500 on Pro or 3,000 on Pro 5x across this iPad. Automatic addition is off by default. Limits reset in Korea time: daily at midnight, weekly on Monday, monthly on the 1st. CONTINUE OFFLINE Saved cards and downloaded AI audio work offline. AI voice already acquired by a card stays with it after a subscription ends. If audio is unavailable, the app uses an installed iPad voice. New AI work and audio downloads require an internet connection. SETTINGS, YOUR WAY • Compare Free, Pro and Pro 5x benefits; change plans, restore purchases and manage subscriptions. • Hear syllables or whole words while writing. Changes apply from the next word. • Choose a female or male voice. Use matching AI audio when available, otherwise an installed iPad voice. • See saved words and additions over the last seven days by learning language. Use your fingers to move the page and Pencil to write. No separate app account is needed. Handwriting and practice history are stored on your iPad.
