Givanta turns a compatible iPad/iPhone and supported Square payment hardware into a simple, professional self-service donation kiosk for churches, charities, community groups and not-for-profit organisations. Designed for quick and welcoming giving, Givanta helps donors contribute in just a few taps while giving organisations control over campaigns, branding and the donor experience. SIMPLE GIVING EXPERIENCE Donors can: • Choose from clearly displayed donation amounts • Enter a custom amount when enabled • Select a giving campaign • Use Quick Give for faster donations • Pay securely using supported Square payment hardware • Receive clear payment success, cancellation or failure feedback The interface is designed specifically for kiosk use, with large buttons, clear instructions and a smooth donor-facing payment flow. CUSTOMISED FOR YOUR ORGANISATION Administrators can personalise Givanta with: • Organisation name, tagline and logo • Preset and custom donation amounts • Campaigns and giving categories • Quick Give amount and campaign • Optional impact descriptions • Custom thank-you messages • Organisation colours and branding Organisation logos can be added using the device camera, Photos or Files. THEMED GIVING EXPERIENCES Givanta includes built-in giving-experience themes for seasonal, cultural and venue-specific use, as well as organisation branding and a custom organisation theme. Administrators can: • Select an organisation or built-in theme • Create a custom theme using organisation colours • Schedule seasonal themes • Configure idle announcements and imagery • Choose an idle-screen background • Enable optional Energy-Saver brightness controls Themes and giving-experience settings can be published to all giving devices or selected devices. SECURE ADMINISTRATOR CONTROLS Administrative settings are protected from normal donor access. Authorised administrators can configure giving options, manage campaigns and branding, connect the organisation’s Square account, select an active Square location, manage giving experiences and review payment-device and licence status. BUILT FOR ONE OR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS Givanta uses active-device licensing, allowing organisations to choose a plan that matches the number of payment devices they operate. • Single Device Plan — supports 1 active Givanta payment device • Multi Device Plan — supports up to 3 active Givanta payment devices A Square reader or Square Stand connected to a licensed device does not require a separate Givanta licence. NO ADDITIONAL GIVANTA TRANSACTION FEES Givanta does not charge a percentage of donations or add a per-transaction fee. Payments are processed directly through the organisation’s connected Square merchant account. Givanta does not hold, redirect or receive donated funds. Standard payment-processing fees charged by Square under the organisation’s Square agreement still apply. A compatible Square account, supported Square payment hardware and an active Givanta licence are required for live payment processing.
