Bob Notetaker

Bob Notetaker is the internal companion app for EOS Light employees — team chat, calls, and AI meeting notes in one place. FEATURES • Team chat — channels, group chats, and direct messages with your EOS Light teammates. File sharing, @mentions, and message search. • Voice & video calls — start a call in any channel or DM. Screen sharing, mute controls, and call notifications so you never miss a ring. • Meeting scheduling — find a time that works for everyone and book it right from chat, or send external booking links. • Bob, the AI notetaker — invite Bob to any call and he records, transcribes, and turns the conversation into clean, searchable meeting notes with action items. Notes are ready minutes after the meeting ends. • Works with your EOS Light account — sign in with your company email and a one-time code. One login covers chat and meeting notes. NOTE: Bob Notetaker is an internal business tool for EOS Light employees and authorized partners. An EOS Light employee account is required to sign in — the app is not usable with a personal email address.
