Readings are shared when you open the app, and you can stop at any time • Send a check-in so your team knows how you're doing • Message your care team and hear back from a real person • See your upcoming appointments WHAT YOU NEED • A registration link or QR code from your care team • For Share my CGM: a continuous glucose monitor and its app, set up to save readings to Apple Health SIMPLE, PRIVATE SIGN-IN • Your care team gives you a registration link or QR code. Scan it, choose a 4-digit PIN, and you're in • Face ID or Touch ID keeps the app locked on your iPhone • Your health information travels over encrypted connections.
