Complete a trip, return to the airport holding process, and be ready when it’s your turn for passenger pickup. At the same time, Buffer App helps reduce airport terminal congestion with a fair, two-phase digital dispatch system for passenger pickup at Arrivals. How It Works Join the Virtual Queue: Log in to join the queue based on your arrival time and receive a sequence token for the physical holding lot. Track Your Queue: Monitor your position in real time, see how many drivers are ahead of you, and view your Estimated Time to Enter (ETE) the A-Lane. Drive While You Wait: Instead of waiting idle, receive nearby trip opportunities while you wait for your airport pickup turn and complete eligible trips. Keep Your Queue Position: Your airport queue position is maintained while you complete an authorized nearby trip, allowing you to earn additional income without losing your place in the queue. Return When Needed: Complete your trip and return to the airport holding process according to the applicable dispatch rules. Arrivals Dispatch: When it is your turn, receive a notification to proceed to the A-Lane for passenger pickup.
