About
The passports are in a drawer. A visa copy is somewhere in a chat thread. Your daughter's birth certificate is in a folder back home. And nobody knows which of them expires next. LegacySave puts them in one place and watches the dates for you. SCAN IT, AND IT FILLS ITSELF IN Hold the camera over a passport or an Emirates ID. The number, the name and the expiry date come off the page and into the form. Check them, save, done. A document with four pages stays one document. NOTHING EXPIRES WITHOUT WARNING Six months out, then three months, then one month, one week, and the day before. Add your own reminders for the errands no document knows about, like booking the medical or collecting a new card, and put a name on one so the person who has to do it is the person whose phone buzzes. THE COPY THE BANK ASKED FOR Choose the documents, choose the pages, and stamp FOR BANK USE ONLY across them before anything leaves your phone. Add your signature when a copy has to be self-attested. Send it as a PDF, a JPG or a PNG, and shrink it when the form on the other side has an upload limit. ASK, INSTEAD OF SEARCHING "When does my visa expire?" "Whose passport runs out first?" Type it the way you would say it. Ask how to do something and the app draws a ring around the button to press, then waits for you to press it. THE WHOLE FAMILY, IN ONE PLACE Invite your spouse, your parents, your children. Some can add documents, some can only look, and you decide which. Each document has a name on it: the person responsible, the person who added it, and anyone it is shared with are the people who get told before it expires. Ask a question in the app and it sits next to the document it is about. WHY YOU CAN TRUST US WITH THIS Files, document numbers and names are encrypted in storage. Documents are read on machines we run and are never handed to an outside AI service. Face ID locks the app, and locks it again when you put the phone down. A new phone cannot open your vault until you approve it, and you can cut off any device you no longer hold. Two-factor sign-in is there when you want a second lock. An expiry alert on your lock screen says a passport is expiring, never whose. Export any document whenever you want it back. Delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app. WHAT FAMILIES KEEP IN HERE Passports, Emirates IDs, residence visas, driving licences, birth and marriage certificates, degree and school certificates, tenancy contracts, insurance policies, vehicle registration, PAN and Aadhaar cards, wills and property papers. If a type is missing, suggest it from inside the app. We read every suggestion, and the good ones turn up for everybody without waiting for an update. Built in Dubai, by someone who kept a family's papers in two countries and got tired of it. Free while we are in early access. Write to support@legacysave.space and a person answers. What's New (1.0) Welcome to LegacySave. Hold the camera over a passport or an Emirates ID and the details fill themselves in. Every expiry date turns into a countdown, and the reminder arrives six months, three months, one month, one week and one day before it.
