HLWT

HLWT is a field inspection app built for inspectors managing property inspection jobs from start to finish — all from your phone. DASHBOARD & ANALYTICS See your workload at a glance: total, completed, and pending inspections, plus a weekly activity chart so you can track your pace over time. JOB MANAGEMENT View all inspections assigned to you, organized by status. Each job links to the property address and deal details, so you always know what's next and how far you've gotten. PHOTO CAPTURE & ANNOTATION Take photos directly from the job screen or upload from your library, attach notes to each one, and mark up images with an in-app annotation tool to flag issues or highlight specific areas. SITE MAP CREATION Capture a map of the inspection location, then annotate it with pins and notes to document points of interest, layout, or access details — all saved with the job for later reference. LOCATION-AWARE INSPECTIONS HLWT uses your device's location to record exactly where an inspection took place and to center the site map on your current position, so your reports are accurate and easy to verify. ACTIVITY HISTORY Review your completed and pending work over time with a simple activity view, so you can stay on top of deadlines and workload. Built for inspectors on the move, HLWT keeps everything — jobs, photos, maps, and notes — in one place, synced to your account and ready when you need it.
