About

A work account that belongs to the company, not to the person. ULOX Business is not ULOX with a different logo: it is a different product. Here your company's domain is part of every account name, and those accounts are created, governed and closed by the company. There is no public sign-up: nobody can register themselves inside your domain. YOUR DOMAIN, YOUR ACCOUNTS You register your company's domain once. From then on each person signs in with three things: the domain, their user name and their password. Their full name is a company route —yourcompany.com\ana_lopez— and that route is issued by the company, not by the employee. ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING IN THE ROSTER The roster is the list of your people. You add someone by typing their user name, and you hand them their route and their password. You can suspend it while they are on leave, reissue the credential if they lose it, or revoke it the day they leave. Offboarding is immediate: open sessions are closed and the name stops resolving, so to the rest of the world they cease to exist as a destination. WHAT EACH PERSON MAY DO Four permissions, with none of the matrices nobody can maintain: create encrypted spaces, contact people outside the company, invite outsiders, and use encrypted drives. You set the rule for the whole domain and, where needed, the exception for one person. THE FRONT DOOR WEARS YOUR BRAND You configure your company's logo, colour and name, and your people see them on the sign-in screen before they type a password. Your brand accompanies ULOX Business; it does not replace it. INSIDE, PEOPLE GO BY SHORT NAME You write to a colleague by their user name: ana_lopez. Someone outside has to be named by their full route —\othercompany.com\bruno_diaz— because out there the domain is precisely the information that matters. It is the difference between dialling an extension and dialling the whole number. THE COMPANY HOLDS THE KEY Account keys are derived from a root the company keeps. The employee has no recovery phrase to lose, cannot rename themselves and cannot delete the account: it isn't theirs. If someone loses access, their company restores it. END-TO-END ENCRYPTED, BLIND SERVER Conversations, files and notes are encrypted on the device with public, auditable algorithms (XChaCha20-Poly1305, Curve25519, Argon2id). The server only stores opaque bytes it cannot read. No advertising, no profiling, no outside clouds. NONE OF THE CONSUMER SURFACE There is no crypto wallet, no 24-word phrase for the employee, no invite-a-friend rewards and no self-service account deletion. None of that belongs in a work tool, so none of it is here. ADMINISTRATION LIVES ON THE WEB Registering the domain, the roster, the permissions and the branding are administered from a browser at https://business.ulox.app, on a company computer. The app is the daily client for the person doing the work. This is deliberate: the root of an entire company is not typed into a personal phone. Operated from the EU by European Digital Stores, S.L. (Madrid, Spain). GDPR, DSA and LSSI-CE. https://ulox.org/legal/ The domain belongs to the company. The company issues the name. The account closes when the company says so.Read more
