Chap&Partner

Chap&Partner is the order management app for restaurants partnered with Chap&Go. It requires a personal, invited partner account with access to one or more restaurants. With Chap&Partner, you can: • follow new, ongoing and completed orders; • check ordered items, sauces, notes, collection or delivery details and payment status; • accept a new order and choose a preparation time; • update order status from preparation through to completion; • manage restaurant status and availability for collection and delivery; • optionally enable notifications to notice new restaurant orders sooner. Chap&Partner is not a consumer app and does not offer self-registration. Chap&Go links access to an existing partner restaurant. The app does not offer in-app purchases or request card or bank details. Refunds are managed exclusively by Chap&Go. Need help accessing your account or restaurant? Contact Chap&Go partner support.
