About
Seize Day closes the loop on the habits you adopt — so you keep what works and drop what doesn't, based on your own data instead of hype. THE CLOSED LOOP Most habit apps stop at the checkmark. Seize Day goes one step further: 1. Adopt an evidence-based protocol — a focused, plain-language routine for sleep, morning light, movement, nutrition, recovery, focus, supplements, or longevity. 2. Measure the outcome that matters, pulled from Apple Health (sleep, heart rate, steps, and more) — or typed in by hand if you'd rather not connect anything. 3. See whether your numbers actually moved. Seize Day compares a baseline window to the period after you started, and tells you plainly: improved, no change, or not enough data yet. It's deliberately conservative. It uses a real baseline, guards against the "I started when I felt worst" effect, and won't call a change a win unless the signal is strong enough. Results are always framed as associated with a change — never as proof, and never as medical advice. WRITTEN FROM SCRATCH, ORGANIZED BY DOMAIN Every protocol is original prose, grouped by life area — Morning, Sleep, Fitness & Movement, Nutrition, Recovery & Resilience, Focus & Mind, Supplements, and Longevity & Tracking. No reproduced programs, brands, or books. Each one explains why it may help, in terms of what research associates with what. You can also write your own — create a protocol with your own steps and timing, edit any built-in one, and measure it exactly the same way. WORKS WITH ZERO PERMISSIONS - Apple Health is optional — the loop runs on manually entered numbers too. - No sign-in, no account, no setup wall. YOUR LIFE, IN ONE PLACE - Your day, hour by hour — lay out your routine as timed blocks and check them off as you go; it repeats daily until you change it - Habits with day-by-day history - Yearly goals and the steps under them - A bucket list for the things you actually want to do - Quotes to keep the day in view PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account and no Seize Day server. - What you write stays private to you, on your device. - Anything read from Apple Health is kept as a device-only cache to power the loop — never sent anywhere, and never shared with advertisers. - Free, supported by ads. Ads are served through CloudX with InMobi demand, and we ask first — a consent screen appears where required, you can change or withdraw your choice anytime in Settings, and Apple's tracking prompt puts you in control of the advertising identifier. The ad stack is the only third party that collects any data; there's no other analytics or tracking, and a paid upgrade to remove ads is planned. - Export everything you've authored as a JSON file, or delete all of it, any time. Seize Day is for general education and self-tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always talk to a qualified professional about your health.Read more
Seize Day closes the loop on the habits you adopt — so you keep what works and drop what doesn't, based on your own data instead of hype.
THE CLOSED LOOP
Most habit apps stop at the checkmark. Seize Day goes one step further:
