SpinLog helps collectors organize a physical music collection, remember what they listened to, and keep track of the equipment behind every session. COLLECTION • Add releases manually, search the Discogs catalog, scan barcodes, or import your Discogs collection. • Keep artwork, metadata, media and sleeve condition, folders, notes, tracklists, and credits together. • Open supported releases in Discogs, Apple Music, or Spotify. LISTENING SESSIONS • Log what you listen to and when. • Record the equipment used for each session. • Scrobble listening activity to Last.fm. • Review recent activity and listening statistics. AUDIO SETUPS & EQUIPMENT • Create reusable Audio Setups for different rooms or systems. • Manage turntables, styli, amplifiers, tube sets, CD players, and tape decks. • Start a session by choosing a setup instead of selecting every component individually. • Track equipment usage and maintenance where supported. LOCAL-FIRST SpinLog is designed around local data ownership. Your core collection and listening data is stored on your device, with supported data synchronized through your private iCloud/CloudKit database. You can also create portable JSON backups for safekeeping or transfer. OPTIONAL INTEGRATIONS Discogs Import and synchronize collection information, search the catalog, and retrieve release metadata. Last.fm Scrobble your listening sessions to your Last.fm account. Spotify SpinLog uses Spotify Public Mode to match and open albums in Spotify. Saving an album to your Spotify library is performed manually inside Spotify. Apple Music Search for and open matching albums in Apple Music. SpinLog does not play or stream music, sell media, or provide access to copyrighted audio content.
