Bizdivers keeps your company's books continuously audit-ready. This app is its mobile companion. Capture a bill or receipt with your phone and it goes straight into your company's books for processing. No scanner, no email attachments, no waiting until you are back at a desk. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Capture documents: photograph an invoice or receipt with the built-in document scanner. Edges are detected automatically and the image is cropped for you. • Send straight to your books: captured documents upload into your Bizdivers inbox, where they are read and turned into structured accounting data for your review. • Track what you have sent: follow the status of each upload, from captured through processed. Duplicates are caught before they reach your books. • Ask about your books: an in-app assistant answers questions about your company's invoices, vendors and balances. Anything that would change data comes back as a proposal for you to confirm. • Get notified: approvals and document activity arrive as push notifications. • Sign in securely: email and password with two-factor authentication. Your session is held in the device keychain. • Manage your account: permanently delete your account and access from inside the app at any time. REQUIRES A BIZDIVERS ACCOUNT This app is a companion to the Bizdivers web application and requires an existing account. There is no sign-up in the app — accounts are created at bizdivers.com, where subscriptions and billing are also handled.
