About
Pulse is a simple bladder diary and pelvic-floor workout app for iPhone and Apple Watch. I built it because I wanted an easier way to keep track of when I pee, notice patterns over time, and stay consistent with pelvic-floor exercises without signing up for another account or service. With Pulse you can: • Log pees, stream duration, urgency, drinks, and leaks in a few taps • See averages and trends over time, including void frequency, time between voids, stream duration, and leaks • Compare recent periods to see how your habits are changing • Follow guided hold-and-relax pelvic-floor workouts • Create custom workout plans or use the built-in options • Set local workout reminders • Log workouts and supported bladder events from Apple Watch • Review workout history, streaks, and weekly goals • Export your bladder diary or workout history as CSV • Optionally save completed workouts to Apple Health Pulse is local-first. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, or subscriptions. Your bladder diary and workout history stay on your devices unless you choose to export them or use an Apple system feature such as Health sync. Pulse is free. If you find it useful, there’s an optional link to buy me a coffee, but it doesn’t unlock anything and you never need to pay. Pulse is intended for personal tracking and exercise guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, or replace care from a qualified clinician.Read more
