Pickdock is the staff operations app for bike and e-bike rental merchants. Authorized store and field teams use Pickdock to run day-to-day rental workflows alongside the merchant admin console. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Sign in with your merchant staff account and switch merchant context when needed • Monitor store KPIs on the operations dashboard • View and process rental orders—pickup, handover, return, KYC review, and exceptions • Scan order and asset QR codes with the camera for faster handover and inventory intake • Manage store inventory, bind assets to SKUs, and review bike/e-bike status • View fleet locations and battery on the map (from connected trackers or IoT) • Use toolbox shortcuts for common in-store tasks WHO IT IS FOR Pickdock is for authorized rental merchant staff only. You need a staff account issued by your merchant administrator. This is not a consumer rental app—customers should use RideHub.
