Dolfers Workspace

Dolfers Workspace is the staff app for schools that run on Dolfers. Sign in with the account your school issued you and carry your part of the school day in your pocket. WHAT YOU CAN DO Attendance – open a class roster, mark by exception and submit in seconds. Results – enter and review scores on subject score sheets, and follow a result cycle from entry through approval. Students – look up any student you have access to: class and arm, guardians, attendance history, results, conduct and health records. Admissions – review applications, schedule entrance exams and work the waitlist. Finance – raise invoices, record payments and see exactly what a family owes. Chat – message parents, guardians and colleagues, with voice notes and file attachments. Mail – read and send school email from the built-in mailbox. Notices and posts – publish to the school website and to parents. Staff, timetables, events, discipline and health – the records your role covers. Reports – across academics, finance and attendance. YOUR ROLE DECIDES WHAT YOU SEE A form teacher, a head of department, a bursar and a principal open the same app to a different school. Permissions are set by your school, not by the app. WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS Records you have already opened stay readable on the device, so a weak signal in a classroom block does not stop you checking a roster or a result. Chat messages you send offline queue and deliver when you reconnect. SECURITY Sign in with your school account and lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or your device biometric. Your school's records are private to your school. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Dolfers Workspace needs an account issued by a school that subscribes to Dolfers. You cannot create an account inside the app. Schools can book a demo at dolfers.com.
