LoadSnap

LoadSnap is waste management software for UK carriers, skip hire firms and recycling sites. This app is the part of it your team uses away from a desk. For drivers See the jobs assigned to you, with the address, the customer and what you are collecting. Record the load and let LoadSnap work out the waste code, take photos, capture the customer's signature and complete the collection on the spot. Where a job is paid on collection, show the customer the code and they pay by card there and then. For weighbridge staff Record loads arriving on site: the weight, the waste type and who brought it in, signed for and printed at the gate. Before the first job Run the daily vehicle check from the app and record any defect with a photo. Everything you record goes straight to the office, so the paperwork is done by the time the vehicle is back. DEFRA's digital waste tracking service becomes mandatory for receiving sites in October 2026 and for carriers in 2027. LoadSnap already files to it, and keeps the transfer note, photos and signature for every load in the meantime. You need a LoadSnap account to use this app, and accounts are set up by your employer.
