About
Point your camera at anything you own or inherited. Attic Scout tells you what it is, what similar pieces have sold for, and where it will sell for the most. Most valuation apps hand you a confident number no matter what you show them. That is how people end up listing a $40 vase for $400, or giving away the one thing in the garage that was worth something. Attic Scout gives you a range it can stand behind. When the photo is not enough to be sure, it tells you that instead of guessing. WHEN A LOT OF THINGS SUDDENLY NEED A NUMBER You are moving and deciding what is worth the truck space. You are splitting up a household and need a neutral number both sides can look at. You are downsizing, settling an estate, or finally emptying the garage. Or you flip things on the weekend and want to price them right the first time. The job is the same every time: know what each thing is worth, keep track of it, and sell it where it brings the most. WHAT EVERY SCAN GIVES YOU - What it is, in plain English, whether that is a stand mixer or a hundred-year-old chair. The maker, era or material comes along when the photo shows enough to tell. - A realistic value range. When comparable items have sold recently on eBay, the range is built from those sales. Sellers ask for far more than buyers pay, so we use what buyers paid. - How sure we are, stated plainly, so a low-confidence result never gets priced like a certain one. - Where it sells for the most after fees. For a lot of household pieces that is local pickup rather than eBay, and the app will tell you so. YOUR INVENTORY, IN ONE PLACE Every item you value lands in your inventory with its photo and its range, and the total updates as you go. The Sell tab keeps track of what you have listed and what has sold, so a week of clearing out a house does not turn into a spreadsheet. WHOLE ROOMS AT ONCE Sweep your camera across a room. Attic Scout picks out each item, values it, and adds the whole room to your inventory in one pass. It is the fastest way we know to find out what a house is worth before the movers, the buyer, or the estate sale company walk in. Room scan is part of Pro. WHAT YOU KEEP Everything you have already valued stays in your inventory, subscribed or not. Your photos are used to value your items and for nothing else. They are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, and we do not sell your data. PRICING Your first 3 valuations are free. Attic Scout Pro is $4.99 a month and gives you up to 100 valuations a month, whole-room scanning, and listing drafts with a title, description and price ready to post. Cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings after purchase. WHAT ATTIC SCOUT IS NOT It is not a formal appraisal. When something looks genuinely valuable, the app flags it and points you to a specialist, because that is where a licensed appraiser earns the fee. It is not tax or legal advice either. Whatever put a house full of things in front of you, the first question is always the same. We built Attic Scout to answer it straight.
