AGREE ON THE PRICE DIRECTLY Message the owner in the app, agree on a price, and settle it however you both prefer: bank transfer, SINPE Movil, or cash. Parkoko never touches the money and takes no commission. FOLLOW YOUR BOOKING STEP BY STEP From the first request to handing the spot back, you see the status in real time: pending, payment sent, rental active. With a countdown to checkout and a direct line to the other person. LIST YOUR SPOT WHEN YOU ARE NOT USING IT Traveling, or not using your spot during the week? List it with your own price and dates. Requests arrive in the app, and you confirm once the payment reaches you. VISITOR PASSES Create a pass for your guest and share it over WhatsApp. The concierge verifies it at the entrance and logs the arrival. FOR CONCIERGES AND BUILDING MANAGERS Concierges see the day's active rentals, verify plates and bookings, and log check-ins and check-outs for building-managed spots. Managers register the building, invite residents, and track occupancy. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Parkoko is invitation-only.
