KinetTask

KinetTask is a 100% on-device AI task manager. Your tasks never leave your device. On-Device AI Add tasks in natural language — "remind me about the meeting tomorrow at 3pm" — and KinetTask extracts the title, due date, and priority right on your device. On macOS 26 / iOS 26 it uses Apple Foundation Models (built in, zero download). Elsewhere it runs a local model you choose. No cloud, no waiting, no uploads. AI That Reads Your Whole List Daily Focus scans your tasks and flags overdue items, schedule conflicts, and overloaded days. Break a big task into concrete steps. See related tasks across your library — all on-device. Zero Upload, Zero Tracking • No analytics. No crash reporters. No third-party trackers. • No account required. • Everything lives in a local SQLite database on your device. • The App Store build offers only on-device AI engines. Instant Full-Text Search Find any task or note in milliseconds with FTS5-powered search. Familiar, Focused Design Today, Upcoming, Anytime, Inbox, Someday, Completed. Organize with projects. Tap to complete, swipe to delete, tap to edit. iPhone & Mac One app, both platforms. Your data stays with you. Built for people who want a smart task list that respects their privacy. Note: AI features such as task breakdown and related-task suggestions work best with a 3B-or-larger local model or Apple Foundation Models.
