Insenia

Insenia asks you five questions every evening, and over time shows you who you really are. AN EVENING RITUAL, 30–60 SECONDS At a time you choose, a quiet notification arrives. You open the app and answer five questions with a slider or a tap, never by typing. About as long as brushing your teeth. QUESTIONS THAT UNDERSTAND YOU Each night's questions are composed from your profile and your past answers. Within days you'll catch yourself thinking: "How did it know to ask me that?" A PICTURE OF YOUR DAYS Over a couple of weeks, a colour calendar of your days fills in, along with a weekly mirror, patterns you can't see yourself: "Your Thursdays are consistently heavier." Insenia describes, it never prescribes. NO GUILT, NO PRESSURE No streaks, no "you missed X days," no red numbers. A skipped day simply doesn't exist. You continue where you are. A day is data, not a verdict. QUICK VOICE NOTE When something happens, record a short voice note. It's transcribed on your device, and the evening's questions quietly take it into account. YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Works offline. Your answers live on your device • No account, no name, no email required • No ads, no tracking, no selling your data • Export everything or permanently delete your account in two taps Insenia isn't therapy, isn't a journal demanding essays, and isn't another habit tracker. It's a mirror: five questions at night, and a picture that slowly comes into focus. INSENIA PREMIUM The evening ritual is free. Insenia Premium unlocks the weekly mirror, patterns and monthly portrait. Auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly, both with a 7-day free trial.
