PrepFam - Family Meal Planner

Feeding a family who eats differently is a full-time mental job: who's allergic to what, who's vegetarian this week, what actually works for everyone tonight. PrepFam takes that off your plate. PrepFam builds ONE weekly plan for your whole household - every diet, every allergy, accounted for automatically. Smart per-person variations instead of five separate plans, so the planning happens once a week, not every single day. WHY PREPFAM One plan, not five Set up a profile for each family member - diet, allergies, preferences, goals. PrepFam builds one week that respects every rule at once. No juggling apps, no cooking twice. Smart variations, not compromise One base dish, small tweaks: halloumi instead of chicken, bigger portions for whoever's more active, a mild version for the kids. Shop once, cook once - everyone still eats the right thing. Shopping list that does the math Tap who's eating each meal. PrepFam portions automatically and builds your shopping list - grouped by aisle, no duplicates, no guesswork. AI recipes that follow your rules Fresh recipe ideas every week, matched to your family's diets and allergies. A full week generated in under a minute - never the same week twice.
