About

Broccoly turns the receipts piling up in your wallet into something worth keeping: a clear picture of how you actually eat, spend, and shop. It starts with a photo. After a grocery run, snap a picture of your receipt. Broccoly reads it and pulls out every line item with its name, price, and quantity, so you go from a crumpled slip of paper to a clean, structured list in seconds. No manual typing, no spreadsheets. From there, each item gets enriched. Broccoly matches your purchases against one of the largest food databases on Earth, with over 4 million products, ranking the best candidates so you can confirm matches quickly. Once matched, every item gains real context: its food category, brand, Nutri-Score, NOVA processing level, Eco-Score, and where it was grown or sold. A line that just said "Greek Yogurt 1.29" becomes part of a record of your real eating habits. Then you start collecting insights. Instead of being surprised by your grocery bill every month, you see exactly where the money goes. Spend analytics break down how much you spend per food category over time, with interactive charts you can read at a glance and tap through for detail. Personal inflation tracks the price changes in your own basket, month-over-month and year-over-year, with a six-month trend line and a per-category breakdown, so you know whether it's prices rising or your habits shifting. The insights go beyond money. Processing insights show the NOVA breakdown of what you buy, from minimally processed foods to ultra-processed ones, and how that mix changes from month to month. A Nutri-Score breakdown sits alongside it, giving you a quick read on the nutritional quality of your basket. The Eco-Score view estimates the environmental cost of your shopping, broken down by category, and an origin map plots where your food travels from, weighted by how much of each you actually buy. Finally, it all adds up to the bigger picture. Each receipt on its own is a snapshot, but over weeks and months Broccoly assembles them into a portrait of how you eat: lighter on your wallet, lighter on your body, and lighter on the planet. Patterns you'd never notice from a single shopping trip become obvious. You can see your spending creep, your processing levels, your nutritional balance, and your footprint all in one place, and watch them improve as your habits do. Everything lives in a searchable history of every receipt you've scanned, so you can look back at any trip and see the full enriched detail. Live enrichment progress shows up right on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while Broccoly works. Coming soon: medals and achievements for scanning streaks, healthier baskets, and lower-impact months, plus a single Impact Score that rolls environmental cost, processing level, and origin into one rating for your whole basket, the way Eco-Score rates a single product. Broccoly is free, with no account required and no ads. Scan a receipt, and see the rest.Read more
