TLCDesk

TLCDesk connects NYC TLC-licensed drivers with the fleet owners who rent out TLC-plated vehicles — replacing WhatsApp threads and handshake deals with verified profiles, transparent pricing and a signed agreement. FOR DRIVERS • Browse verified TLC-plated vehicles with the weekly rate shown up front • Real photos, specs, insurance status and where to pick the car up • Book with a card — your deposit is held in escrow, not handed over • Sign the rental agreement electronically, right in the app • Guided pickup and return with photo checklists, so condition disputes have evidence • Track expenses and get an IRS-ready mileage and expense report at tax time • Message the owner directly, in English or Spanish FOR FLEET OWNERS • List your TLC vehicles in minutes from the web portal • Approve drivers whose TLC and DMV licenses have been verified • A standard e-signed rental agreement on every booking • Weekly payments deposited straight to your bank • Run your fleet, team and earnings at my.tlcdesk.com Built for New York City, and available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Georgian, Russian and Chinese (Simplified) from the first screen. Location: while a rental is active, TLCDesk shares the vehicle's location with the person who owns it, so an owner can locate their own car. Sharing runs only during the rental and stops when it ends.
