About

Medication Diary is a private, beautifully simple way to keep track of your medications: what to take, when to take it, and whether you actually did. Add your medications once, set a schedule, and Medication Diary turns them into a clear daily plan. Tick off each dose as you take it, log the ones you take only as needed, and build an accurate history you can share with your doctor. A HOME SCREEN THAT GETS OUT OF THE WAY • Four plain actions, not a row of tabs: set up medications, take medications, diary, and more • See at a glance how many doses are still waiting today • A guided setup the first time you open the app STAY ON TOP OF EVERY DOSE • Take a medication one to four times a day, with named morning, midday, evening and night slots • Or mark it as needed (PRN) for anything you take only when you have to • Tick off several medications at once instead of logging them one at a time • Mark doses taken, skipped or snoozed in a tap • Gentle reminders so nothing slips through, and you can turn them off per medication ADD MEDICATIONS IN SECONDS • Scan a medication label with your camera • Pick from a built-in catalogue of common medications • Set doses, times and forms: tablet, capsule, liquid and more • Change any of it later, whenever your prescription changes HOW YOU'RE FEELING, NOT JUST WHAT YOU TOOK • A diary for pain, anxiety, nausea, fatigue, mood and sleep, scored 0 to 10 • Add symptoms and notes in your own words • Ask any medication to check in with you: score how you feel before a dose, then again an hour later • Leave anything blank and it is recorded as not recorded, never as zero TRACK WHAT MATTERS • Blood glucose readings in mmol/L or mg/dL, entered by hand or read from Apple Health • Bowel movements on the Bristol Stool Scale • Both are off until you switch them on • A full, organised history of everything you have logged SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR • Generate a clean PDF report for any date range • Choose exactly what to include • Email it or save it to bring to your next appointment PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your medication log lives on your device and syncs only through your own private iCloud account • No account to create, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking, no third parties • Blood glucose is read from Apple Health only with your permission, and Medication Diary never writes to Health AND MORE • Built for iPhone and iPad • Apple Watch app to tick off doses from your wrist • Log hands-free with Siri: "Log a dose in Medication Diary" • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets showing your next dose Medication Diary is a personal medication diary and does not provide medical advice. It never sets a dose limit of its own and never tells you what a reading means. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions. Made by Out West AI.Read more

Medication Diary has been rebuilt around what you actually open it to do. • A new home screen with clear actions instead of a row of tabs. • Set up a medication for one to four times a day, with named morning, midday, evening and night slots and reminders you can turn off per medication. • Tick off several medications at once instead of logging them one at a time. • A new diary for recording pain, anxiety, nausea, fatigue, mood and sleep, with symptoms and notes. It prints in the PDF you share with your doctor. • Any medication can now ask how you are feeling before a dose and c…
