FreightProof

FreightProof helps truck drivers and carriers document detention and build clear, professional proof for every load. TRACK ACTIVE LOADS Follow load progress from pickup to delivery. FreightProof records location data only while tracking is active, including when the app is running in the background. DOCUMENT DETENTION Track time spent waiting at pickup and delivery facilities. See eligible detention time and estimated charges based on the load’s free time and hourly rate. BUILD RELIABLE PROOF Capture arrival and departure details, location history, rate confirmations, bills of lading, and other supporting documents in one place. CREATE PROFESSIONAL REPORTS Generate organized detention proof reports that are ready to review and share with brokers. Keep reports available in your history and mark payments as received. STAY INFORMED View live load details, destination weather, tracking alerts, and broker messages throughout the trip. FreightProof gives drivers and carriers a simpler way to organize load records, support detention requests, and keep important documents together. Location tracking starts only when you actively begin or accept a load and stops when tracking ends. Continued use of GPS in the background may decrease battery life. Some features may require a FreightProof Pro subscription.
