Proofley: GPS Photo Evidence

Capture proof you were on the job site in seconds, on iPhone and iPad: GPS, timestamps, photos and PDF reports you can send to a client. Built for contractors, landlords, property managers, inspectors and field crews who need to prove they were there: routine visits, inspections, punch lists, security deposit disputes. CREATE PROOF IN SECONDS • Capture a GPS fix, with its real accuracy • Add up to five photographs and your observations • Keep a timeline of every visit • Read the finished certificate in the app, free • Export and share your first certificate as a PDF, free • Export and share every certificate with Proofley Pro • No accounts required A CERTIFICATE, NOT A SCREENSHOT Every capture becomes a document built for one job: the map and coordinates as the headline, your job site photographs numbered beneath, a full capture record with the time in your own zone and in UTC, and your own observations. Long notes run across as many pages as they need. ACCURACY YOU CAN STAND BEHIND Proofley shows the real accuracy of every fix and refuses to certify a capture when the signal is too weak to be meaningful. It tells you why rather than quietly recording a guess. A capture is either good evidence or it is not taken. PRIVACY FIRST Proofley records your location only when you choose to capture a proof. No background tracking. No hidden monitoring. Your captures stay on the device that recorded them. PROOFLEY PRO Capturing is unlimited and free, and you can read every finished report inside the app. Your first certificate is free to export and share, so you can send a real one to a client before you pay. Pro unlocks exporting and sharing every report as a PDF. • Try it free for 7 days • Monthly or annual subscription • One subscription covers iPhone and iPad • Cancel any time Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
