For customers: • Search for local tradespeople by service and location • View trader profiles, verification information, photos and reviews • Send enquiries and attach photos • Chat directly with traders • Receive and compare structured quotes • Hire a trader and arrange appointments • Keep job details and communication together • Leave a review after a completed job For traders: • Create and manage a public business profile • Complete verification and onboarding • Receive customer enquiries and leads • Send structured quotes • Manage conversations and appointments • Manage services, photos and reviews • Use optional Premium plans for additional visibility and features • Use Team plans to manage employee access under one business account MyLocalTrade is a marketplace platform. Tradespeople are independent businesses and are not employees, agents or representatives of MyLocalTrade. Customers and traders arrange the work and payment directly between themselves. Premium and Team features are available through optional auto-renewing App Store subscriptions. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple App Store account.
