About
WODIQ helps you choose what to train today and turns that choice into a structured workout. Pick your training type, set the session length, add optional guidance, and WODIQ creates a practical plan with warm-up, main work, cooldown, and clear intensity cues. You can also plan around a training goal, save workouts, share workouts with a training partner, and add feedback after training. When you connect Garmin, WODIQ can use recent activity context to make better training suggestions. On iPhone, WODIQ can import Apple Health workouts after you grant HealthKit permission. Without Garmin or Apple Health, your picked workouts and feedback still help build a useful training history. You can log completed training manually, and supported clients can help turn text or a training-log image into structured activity context. WODIQ supports functional fitness, fitness race training, strength, mobility, running, cycling, and general conditioning. Mobility workouts can include supportive movement illustrations for the selected target area. Features: - Choose a workout type in seconds - Configure duration, warm-up, cooldown, and focus - Generate structured workouts with clear blocks - Choose mobility target areas with supportive movement illustrations - Log completed manual training from text or supported image input - Get Functional Fitness coach guidance on supported mixed-modal workouts - Plan around a training goal - Save and favorite workouts - Share workouts with a training partner - Add feedback and coach review after training - Optionally connect Garmin for recent activity context - Optionally import Apple Health workouts on iPhone WODIQ is designed for practical training guidance.
