TradeOS Tech

TradeOS Tech is the technician app for TradeOS, the operating system for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and roofing contractors. Your office runs TradeOS; you run your day from this app. YOUR DAY, ON ONE SCREEN See today's jobs in order, with the address, the customer, the notes from the office, and the gate codes and site details you need before you knock. Tap to navigate. Mark yourself on the way and the customer gets a text. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Basements, attics, rural routes: the app keeps working. Status changes, notes, photos and checklists queue on the phone and sync when you are back in coverage. Nothing you did on site is lost. QUOTES ON THE SPOT Build a Good, Better, Best quote from your company's price book, add photos, and send it to the customer's phone. They accept with a tap and the office sees it instantly. INVOICE BY VOICE Describe what you did. TradeOS turns it into an invoice with the right line items from your price book. Review, adjust, send. Collect on site by card or cash, or show a QR code the customer can pay from their own phone. PHOTOS THAT FILE THEMSELVES Before, during and after photos attach to the job automatically and are shared with the customer when the job is done. THE JOB'S PAPERWORK Purchase order and not-to-exceed limits for commercial work, change orders that raise the limit when the customer signs, and the crew thread for the job so the whole team sees the same notes. ON CALL When you are on the rotation, emergency calls page you first, then your backup, then the owner. Accept from the notification. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Face ID unlock. Spanish and English. Dark mode. Large touch targets that work with gloves. TradeOS Tech requires a TradeOS account. Your company's owner or office invites you; there is nothing to buy in the app.
