Counted - Split expenses

Counted is the expense-splitting app for friends: 100% European, private by design, with an environmental mission. Holiday, flat share, weekend, group gift: split the costs and let Counted tell you who pays whom back, in the fewest transfers. No account needed Create a project, share the link: that is it. The link is all anyone needs to join and take part; nobody has to create an account. An account, if you make one, only serves to find your projects again on another device. Encrypted on your device Names, amounts, projects, history: everything is encrypted on your phone before it is sent. Only you hold the key. Nobody, not even Counted, can read your books. Your password never leaves your device. Receipt scanning, on your phone Take a photo of a receipt: amount, date and category are filled in for you. Recognition runs entirely on your phone. The photo goes nowhere and is not kept. 100% European Servers in Germany, emails sent from France. Your data never leaves the European Union. Free, really No ads, no trackers, no subscription, no paid version, no cap on expenses or participants. We collect nothing, we sell nothing. That is not our model. Everything for shared expenses • Expenses, transfers and gains, with several payers and several beneficiaries • Split equally, by shares or by exact amount, checked to the cent • The fewest transfers to settle the group • Over 150 currencies, converted at the European Commission's monthly rate • Statistics by category, by person and month by month • History of who added, edited or deleted what • Offline: browse and enter with no network • CSV and JSON export in one tap • Payment details (IBAN, PayPal, Wero, Lydia, Revolut…) encrypted like everything else • Tricount import: paste the share link, everything comes across • Web, Android and iOS: the same project everywhere, with the same link • 32 languages, including all 24 official EU languages A mission Counted is built to be lean: no ads to load, no trackers, the maths runs on your device. We commit to giving a share of our revenue to environmental causes. How does it actually work? counted.fr/en/privacy Verify the code you run yourself: counted.fr/en/verify
