Will nearby aircraft traffic matter at this home? FlightPath Home screens a US address before you buy. Coverage is US-only: reports come from retained flight tracks around selected major U.S. metro airports. Search an address in a covered U.S. metro area. Where retained coverage is available, the app summarizes recorded ADS-B track events from up to 20 recent covered days. Track-event counts and barometric pressure-altitude inputs come from retained tracks. Loudness, closest approach, and the 0–100 score are modeled estimates — not on-site measurements — and source coverage can be incomplete. Work from home? Kids? Personalization can change the screening weights applied to night traffic, daytime quiet, and modeled loudness. It does not change the underlying retained track data. DATA AND LIMITS If retained coverage is unavailable, the app says so instead of generating a score. Retained and live flight data are © adsb.lol contributors and used under ODbL 1.0. Aircraft technical categories may use a minimized FAA-derived lookup. Apple provides address, geocoding, and map services. National Weather Service observations provide weather context where shown; they do not prove which runway caused a recorded track.
