Nuba Lokal complements Nuba Tid and provides a simple solution for workplaces that want a shared time clock. You can choose how employees register their time in Nuba Lokal – either by selecting their name from a list or by entering their phone number. You decide which method works best for your workplace. For added security, you can require users to enter their personal password when registering their time. You can also create new users directly in Nuba Lokal. This is useful for workplaces with many temporary employees, high staff turnover, or where guests also need to register their presence. Nuba includes an electronic staff ledger (Personalliggare) that meets the requirements of the Swedish Tax Agency and can be used by businesses in all industries where a staff register is required.
